This tool is designed for use on .065 or thinner tubing. This is the tool for Turbo Chargers, Intercoolers, or any application where .065 tubing is used.
This tool comes standard with replaceable bushings to protect the tool housing, post machine heat treated shaft assemblies, and roller bearing shaft supports.
This tool is the most rugged tool of the Bead Form line up. If you need to bead 7/8″ and larger tubing .065 wall, the Bead Form III is your best tool option.
The Bead Form electric power unit option is ideal for any production application. Any of our Bead Form models can be mounted to the power unit. Bead forming time and effort is greatly reduced using the power unit. Mounting base is a 1/4 inch aluminum plate using a powerful 120V Bodine Gear Motor.
